TECHNICAL OPERATIONS & STASH PROTOCOLS

1.0 EXCHANGE PROTOCOL ELIGIBILITY

Subject to the provisions outlined in Section 1.1 through 4.9, the user (hereinafter referred to as the "Hunter") is granted a conditional right to request a size permutation within a temporal window not exceeding 168 hours (7 terrestrial days) from the verified timestamp of delivery. Any request initiated outside of this localized temporal window shall be deemed null and void. The physical integrity of the artifact must be maintained at a level equal to or greater than its state at the point of origin dispatch.

The Matte Black Vault Box (Packaging) constitutes 25% of the total asset value. Any structural compromise to the box, including but not limited to, moisture ingress, adhesive residue, or perimeter indentation, shall incur a 15% restoration surcharge or lead to total denial of the exchange request.

2.0 REFUND LIMITATION DISCLOSURE

In accordance with the disruptive pricing models utilized by the JUNGLI platform, all financial transactions are considered final at the point of order encryption. No direct fiscal restitution (Cash Refunds) shall be facilitated for instances of aesthetic re-evaluation or non-technical dissatisfaction.

Should a verified manufacturing anomaly be identified by our internal Stash Inspectors, and should a viable replacement SKU not be available within the current batch sequence, the platform shall authorize the issuance of "Hunter Credit." This credit is non-transferable and represents a digital balance within the JUNGLI ecosystem, strictly regulated by the terms of use.

3.0 REVERSE LOGISTICAL REQUIREMENTS

The logistical burden of artifact transmission for the purpose of evaluation belongs solely to the Hunter. JUNGLI does not facilitate automated reverse-pickup sequences. The Hunter must utilize an Grade-A logistics partner (Bluedart/Delhivery) and provide a digital tracking hash within 48 hours of exchange authorization.

Loss of artifact during the reverse transmission phase is the total liability of the Hunter. We recommend insurance for high-hype drops. Upon arrival, the pair undergoes a 48 hours "Street Simulation" test to ensure no prior usage has occurred.

4.0 LOGISTICAL LATENCY & THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY

JUNGLI acts as a facilitator for the dispatch of secured stashes. Upon handover to the designated Logistical Partner (hereinafter "The Carrier"), all kinetic liability and temporal control transition to The Carrier. The estimated 5-7 day window is a performance average and does not constitute a legally binding contractual deadline.

In instances of "Force Majeure" or unforeseen operational bottlenecks within the Indian Courier Ecosystem (including but not limited to: fuel surcharges, regional lockdowns, or warehouse sorting congestion), JUNGLI shall not be held fiscally responsible for delivery delays. No "Hunter Credit" or refunds shall be issued for stashes arriving past the estimated window due to Carrier-side latency.

5.0 TERMS OF SERVICE & USER OBLIGATIONS

JUNGLI provides a digital marketplace for independent sneaker silhouettes (the "Service"). By accessing the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into binding financial transactions within the Republic of India.

5.1 Intellectual Property: All "JUNGLI" branding, the Tiger Claw logo, and custom comic-style assets are the exclusive property of JUNGLI. Unauthorized reproduction of the "Drip" is strictly prohibited under the IT Act, 2000.

5.2 Limitation of Liability: JUNGLI and its operators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the sneakers in high-intensity kinetic activities (e.g., professional sports). Our silhouettes are designed for lifestyle "Street-Flex" purposes only.

5.3 Governing Law: Any disputes arising from the use of this stash shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within your specific city/state, India.
